Cruz Anthony Herrera is a multi-disciplinary artist whose work spans music performance, creative writing, acting, and music education. With over a decade of professional experience, Cruz has established himself as a versatile performer and dedicated educator.

As a musician, Cruz specializes in drum set and percussion across multiple genres, with particular expertise in jazz, Latin jazz, and contemporary styles. His training includes work with renowned instructors such as Peter Michael Escovedo, Professor Dave Tull of Pasadena City College, and Professor Clayton Cameron at UCLA.

In the literary arts, Cruz has received national recognition for his poetry and spoken word compositions, with published works and award-winning pieces that address themes of social justice, identity, and hope.

Cruz is equally committed to education and community service, providing free music instruction to underserved communities and developing comprehensive music education curriculums.
